Sharing one case done one year back... (by Dr. Abhishek Chauhan, Senior Neurosurgeon, BIMR Hospitals, Gwalior) 50-year-old lady resident of Dewas, Indore. She had gradually progressive vision loss more in right eye since past 6 months. On MRI she was found to have Tuberculum Sella meningioma. Dr. Abhishek Chauhan operated upon her and she recovered well. Her vision improved gradually. Sharing the reviews given by her family as she is tumor free on MRI done after 1 year of surgery.

Surgery for such kind of tumours is bit challenging as it is surrounded by important structures like optic nerves, internal carotid arteries and pituitary stalk.
