Rules and Regulations
1. Fee Refund Rules:
a) No fee will be refunded (other than caution money).
2. Identity Card:
a) Students are required to obtain their Identity Card from the college office. The Indentity Card is necessary for gate entry in the college and for availing various facilities offered by the college.
3. Attendance:
a) Students shall adhere with college and class timings.
b) Students shall be debarred from entering the Campus/Classes by the commencement time.
c) As per University rule if a student attends less than 75% Classes he/she shall not be eligible to appear in the University Examination.
d) Attendance percentage for all the theory classes/ practical labs shall be computed in aggregate for the entire session.
e) The attendance percentage shall also reflect directly in student's internal evaluation.
4. Internal Examination:
a) If a student does not qualify in the internal examination with minimum prescribed marks he/she shall not be eligible to appear in the University Examination of that subject. There shall be three internal examination in a semester.
b) If student is not passing in at least two of the three examination he/she may be permitted one an additional chance to appear in the internal examination by paying a fee @200/- per subject.
5. Railway Concession:
a) Facility of railway concession shall be available to students during semester break or summer vacation only.
b) To avail the facility, the students shall submit their written request at least seven days in advance.
6. Alumni Association:
a) Students who have passed postgraduates courses shall be members of the college alumni association.
7. General Rule:
a) Students found indulging in ragging will be severely punished. FIR will be lodged immediately by college authority.
b) Student found indulging in the in-disciplinary activities like damaging college furniture, lab equipments ect. will be severely punished and the damage has to be replaced by the student.
c) Student must come in proper college uniforms once issued.
d) Use of mobile is prohibited in College Campus.
e) Student who are absent for more than five consecutive days should produce as medical certificate.
f) Library book will be issued for 120days. A fine of Rs.3/-per day will be charged if book is not is returned in time.
g) Book damaged or lost , must be replaced by the student.
h) No collective petition or complaint will be entertained.
