यह मुश्किल सर्जरी थी क्योंकि यह मुख्य धमनी गुब्बारा था इसलिए सर्जरी के दौरान धमनीविस्फार के टूटने, पक्षाघात का खतरा होता है. यह मुश्किल सर्जरी लगभग 3 घंटे चली। सर्जरी के 48 घंटे बाद मरीज को छुट्टी दे दी गई.

60 year old male presented with Right side TIA and swelling in oral cavity

His swelling was appearing like mass lesion initially but on palpation it was pulsatile

His ct angio was s/o Left Ica giant > 2.5 cm pseudoaneurysm Subsequently DSA was done followed by Endovascular treatment in form of parent artery occlusion

Highlights of the case

1. First ever case in gwalior chambal regionof parent artery occlusion as treatment of aneurysm

2. First ever case of such giant aneurysm in gwalior chambal region

3. Patient was AWAKE during the case

4. Minimum blood loss

5. No stitch mark

6. No suture
