Anti Aquaporin 4 Antibody

38 year female diagnosed with sjogren syndrome had history bilateral sudden transient loss of vision due to optic neuritis. On further work up positive for anti aquaporin 4 antibody diagnosed as Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder.

Now she has been planned for Inj Rituximab @ BIMR hospital. Thanks to Dr Saurabh Gupta sir Neurology and BIMR management
