Dr. Shailesh Yadav , Senior Cardiac surgeon , BIMR Hospitals did a very challenging and complicated case, 23 yrs male patient undergone aortic valve replacement ( Severe aortic registation with EF = 45%) having Multidrug resistance TB( MDR - TB) of lung ( left lung totally destroyed and only 30 % Right lung working), extubated on same day, stable without any inotropic support.
