With proper consent, Sharing a case of patient named Reshu, whose management is a real example of team work. She was referred in a critical condition from some other hospital as a case of 7 month pregnancy with fever and vomitings.

She was tried to managed conservatively and delivery planned. Post delivery, diagnosis of Tubercular meningitis made after investigating for irritability, headache & vomitings. Conservative treatment started, VP shunting done to relief symptoms. Patient discharge well with her baby after a long stay of one month.
