Sharing a case of 56 yr old gentleman,sub inspector in CRPF presented to us with chest pain,TMT strongly positive,took for Emergency CAG ,which revealed critical Osteal LMCA disease.After thorough discussion with attendents did LMCA plasty .

Patient discharged after 2 days.
