Left radical nephrectomy

3 yr old boy presented with complaints of pain and lump in abdomen . On evaluation, he was found to have left renal mass involving whole of the left hemi-abdomen (? Wilms tumor ). Left radical nephrectomy was done. Patient recovered well.
