A brilliant example of will-power and efforts of patient and his attendants.

21/M, with h/o RTA with 100%sensory motor loss (ASIA - A) below neck, with involved bowel bladder, i.e. with complete loss of movement of both lower limbs. MRI C-spine was s/o C7-T1 anterolisthesis  and severe cord injury. IV steroids, and Skull traction was placed immediately, and reduction of listhesis was achieved. And C7-T1 Anterior Cervical Discectomy with Fixation was done. (As depicted below).

Patient regained sensation, including bladder sensation by POD 2 . Below, is the depiction of patient's movement as of after 20days, 30 days and 60 days, with patient regaining complete 100% power in both lower limbs with regained bowel bladder control in entirety.
