Tumor Exicision

Presenting this patient, 23/M, with paraplegia for 2-3 months, with MRI DL spine s/o D8-D9 IDEM (?schwanomma).

Post tumor excision, patient regained lower limb power upto 2/5 in immediate post op, And is now (after 10 days) able to walk with support (4-/5), without any added sensory motor or bowel bladder deficits.
