Department of Paediatric & Neonatal
Pediatric Department is catering to a large no. of Routine and Emergency pediatric cares & neonatal cases attending to OPD and Causality. We have General Pediatricians, Neonatologist and Specialist for Pediatric Epilepsy cases. Newborn Screening for early detection of various diseases.
Paediatrics is related to the branch of medicine that deals with the medical care of infants, children, and adolescents. It is a wide-range speciality which enables doctors to be generalists who treat children and young people with a vast range of diseases and illnesses. A paediatrician can also specialize in certain medical fields related to children.
In BIMR Hospitals Pediatric unit has 3 separate areas – consisting of two ICU’s (Intensive Care Unit) area and one step down General Pediatric unit. Our NICU is 11 bedded unit, equipped with Radiant Warmers and ventilated beds each with wall mounted new generation multi-parameter monitors
Department of Pediatric Surgery is separated but included in our pediatric wing. We have ventilators for our sick patients we have competent team of Pediatricians for help. In short we are giving our full efforts to make our patients into Smiling Children.
